Transport Ordering Process


We only offer private transports, from your desired pick-up point to your desired drop-off point. You can customise your route to suit your needs, even with a stop in between.

You will always ride in the vehicle alone or with people of your choice.

On the home page of the website, select the desired date and time of your journey and specify your departure point in the “From” field and your destination in the “To” field. Start typing your address into the search engine and a drop-down menu will show suggestions based on the letters you type. You can select a desired city address, airport, train station, port,or hotel from the drop-down menu, or enter the exact address of your destination and confirm your choice. Click on the “Find transport” button. Select the appropriate vehicle for your transport, enter the necessary passenger details and click “Pay for transport” to proceed with the transport order.      

Important for YOU: Please fill in all the required fields in the transport order form.

On the home page of the website, in the “From” field, enter your address or select the pick-up pointfrom which you need to get to the airport. In the “To” field, enter the name of the airport. Click on the “Find transport” button. Select the appropriate vehicle for your transport, enter the necessary passenger details and press “Pay for transport” to proceed with the transport order.

Suggestion from LET.ME: Calculate the correct pick-up time by taking into account the time on route plus two (+2) to three (+3) hours for check-in at the airport.

4.1 Transport from the airport:

If you have only hand luggage, we suggest you choose a starting time of 10 minutes after the time of your flight or train arrival. Example:If your flight is scheduled to land at 15.00, the selected pick-up time should be 15.10.

If you have checked in your luggage, we suggest that you select 20 minutes after the time of arrival of your plane or train arrival to be picked up. Example: If your plane is scheduled to land at 15.00, the selected pick-up time should be 15.20.

Important for YOU: If you have been informed of a change in the arrival time of your flight or train, please inform us so that we can inform the driver in time.

4.2 Transfer from the city, hotel, etc., pick-up points to the airport:

Set a time when you want the driver to pick you up. In the third step of the pick-up order, you will see the approximate time at which the driver should arrive at the airport. We suggest that you choose a time of arrival at the airport, between two (2) and three (3) hours before your flight.

LET.ME Explanation: At airports, you can usually check in for your flight two (2) to three (3) hours and up to 45 minutes before the plane takes off. If you have a flight at 12.00 and you want to be at the airport 3 hours earlier and the drive to the airport is 1 hour, then set your pick-up time to 8.00.

You can find the journey time in the third step of the booking process on the website, as well as in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after ordering your transport.

Important for YOU: The times shown are approximate and are to be used as a guideline, because driving times may vary depending on traffic, time and date of transport, public holidays, etc. If you receive new information about traffic conditions, we suggest you change the pick-up time for your transport order accordingly. This will ensure that you arrive at your destination on time.

You can order a return transfer when making your one-way transport booking. To do this, in the first step of the transport order, select the return transport from the list in the search box on the right and specify the date and time of the return trip.

Important for YOU: A return service may have different start and end destinations.

LET.ME DRIVER allows you to book a chauffeur-driven vehicle by the hour. You can specify the place and time of the chauffeur-driven vehicle order and select the route of your choice.

Suggestion from LET.ME: Your driver will pick you up at your hotel, take you to a tourist point and then to the airport.

In order for your driver to be able to follow your flight and pick you up at the airport on time, you need to enter your flight number in the _____ field in the third step of the booking process.

Suggested by LET.ME: The flight number can be found on your flight ticket and consists of two letters and four numbers (example HV6819).

Each class of vehicle has capacity for a certain number of pieces of luggage and passengers, which is shown in the second step of the website transport order. Luggage is divided into two classes:

Standard piece of luggage: is a bag or suitcase of which the combined length, width and height do not exceed 158 cm.

Non-standard luggage: is luggage that exceeds the dimensions of standard luggage. This includes the following: large suitcases, sports equipment (bicycle, golf bag, skis, snowboard, surfboard, etc.), stroller, wheelchair, musical instruments, portable animal cages, etc.

Suggestion from LET.ME: If you have non-standard luggage, please contact us at support@letme.si and we will help you choose the appropriate class of vehicle.

Every person, regardless of his/her age, is considered a passenger.

Important for YOU: The driver has the right to refuse transport if you have a child traveling with you and you do not use a child car seat. You can order the seat from us or bring it with you.

You can choose between three different types of car seats, depending on the age of your child:

  • Baby capsule: 0-6 months
  • Child car seat: 6 months to 4years
  • Booster: 4-12 years

Please note that the driver of a personal vehicle can bring 2 car seats at once, while a van driver can bring 6.

Important for YOU: Car seats are mandatory and are subject to an extra charge.

We want to offer transport to all our passengers on equal terms, so please contact us by e-mail support@letme.si before booking.

Please let us know what type of transport you require, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable transport for you.

You can choose from five different vehicle classes, illustrated by vehicle models for each class. Each vehicle class shows the possible number of passengers and luggage.

We have five classes of vehicles in our fleet, represented by the following vehicles:

COMFORT PLUS: VW Passat, Touran, Mercedes C, Skoda Octavia, Peugeot 3008, etc.

COMFORT MINIVAN: Peugeot Traveller, Citroen Jumpy, Toyota ProaceVerso, etc.

COMFORT MINIBUS: VW Transporter, Renault Traffic, Opel Vivano, Mercedes Vito, etc.

BUSINESS CLASS: Mercedes E, BMW 5, Audi A6, etc.

BUSINESS CLASS MINIBUS: Mercedes V, VW Multivan, etc.

If you wish to book a transport less than 24 hours before the desired time, please send us an e-mail to info@letme.si. We will check the availability of the vehicles and make you a favourable offer.

Once you have successfully completed your transport order, you will receive a confirmation e-mailcontaining your transport order number and full details of your journey.

Important for YOU: If you have not received a confirmation of your paid transport order in your e-mail inbox, please check your SPAM mail first and only then contact us by e-mail at support@letme.si.

Prices and Payments


Please refresh the page or change your current browser and try making the payment again. If the problem persists, try making a payment with another card.

For any further information about payment problems, please send us an e-mail to support@letme.si with a description of the problem you are experiencing. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

LET.ME offers private transportation and therefore all prices shown on the website are per vehicle. The price does not depend on the number of passengers but on the class of vehicle. For each class of vehicle, it also specifies and shows how many passengers and luggage can be carried on board.

You purchase your transport on our website and make the payment at the end of the purchase when the system asks you to enter your payment card details. Available payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card, Discover, and Union Pay.

An invoice may be made out to a company, but you must indicate this during the purchase process and enter your company details for invoicing. The purchase confirmation you receive by e-mail after payment is made is considered the invoice.

Of course! We handle your payment details with the utmost care and protect them against unauthorized access. To ensure maximum security, LET.ME works with Sumup, a renowned payment provider that meets the strictest security standards, so you don’t have to worry when providing us your details.

Currency exchange is possible in the header of the website – top right corner.

Important for YOU: The currency of LET.ME’s business is Euro (€). The currency converter published on the website is an informative display of the conversion of your chosen currency. All transport orders are always calculated in Euros, regardless of whether you have made a purchase in another currency of your choice.

The exchange rate may vary and depends on your bank.

You can make a purchase on our website with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, and Union Pay.

The transport price includes a waiting time at pick-up, which depends on the type of transport:

  • Airport transports: 60 minutes waiting time included
  • Railway stations, bus stations, port: 30 minutes waiting time included
  • Other transport: 20 minutes waiting time included

The included waiting time starts from the booked departure time.

Important for YOU: If you discover that your flight will be delayed or that the security check or luggage claim process will be delayed after landing, please inform the driver as soon as possible. Please send a text message or call the driver on the phone number you received in the pre-transport e-mail.

If the driver has not been informed of your delay and 1 hour of waiting time has already elapsed, the driver may leave the pick-up point or charge you for an additional hour of waiting time.

Changes


Once you have made your purchase, you can change the date and time of your transport up to 24 hours before the transport at no extra cost. Please e-mail us at support@letme.si with your transport order number and the new time of transport.

After you have made your purchase, you can cancel the transport up to 24 hours beforehand, at no extra cost. You can cancel your transport by e-mailing us at support@letme.si with your transport order number and cancelling your transport.

If you cancel up to 24 hours before your booked transport, you are entitled to a refund of your payment. If you cancel, you are entitled to the following refund options:

  • Voucher: you will receive a voucher for 100% of the value of your purchase, valid for one year from the date of issue of the voucher. You will receive the voucher by e-mail immediately after cancelling your booked transport. You will be able to use it for your next purchase to reduce the price of the transport.
  • Refund: When requesting a refund, please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the booked transport will be charged. The refund processing takes between 3 and 5 working days.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before your booked transport, we regret to inform you that we are not obliged to offer you any form of refund.

Please inform us as soon as possible of the change of time by e-mailing support@letme.si or by using the contact details provided in the confirmation e-mail.

If you are notified of the change more than 24 hours before your scheduled flight, please inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a transport to pick you up at the right time.

Please inform us of the change of airport as soon as possible, either by an e-mail to support@letme.si or by using the contact details provided in the confirmation e-mail.

If you have been notified of a flight change more than 24 hours before your scheduled flight, please inform us as soon as possible. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your flight and we will send you a discount code to use when purchasing a new transport from another airport. The discount code will reduce the price of the new transport.

Pick-up, Transport and Delivery of the Passenger


Taking care of our customers’ well-being is our top priority! Although the virus is now present to a lesser extent than it was, all drivers are aware of measures to prevent its spread. Each vehicle is equipped with hand sanitiser and/or disinfectant wipes. After each journey, the vehicle is ventilated and cleaned with a hospital-grade disinfectant. If you wish, the vehicle can also be ventilated during the journey. You can get a protective mask free of charge from the driver.

If you have entered your flight number in your transport order, your driver will follow your flight and meet you at the agreed time at the agreed place holding your name plate.

If you did not enter your flight number in your transport order and if your flight does not arrive at the scheduled time, please inform your driver as soon as possible by sending a text message or calling him on the phone number you received in a message to your phone before the transport. You may arrive at the airport before the driver, so please wait for him at the airport exit.

Important for YOU: do not leave the airport with another carrier or local taxi service as we will not be able to refund you and you will have to pay twice.

On the day of your transport, or up to 30 minutes before the transport at the latest, we will send a message to your phone and e-mail address with the driver’s details and phone number.

You will also receive a text message from the driver on the day of your pick-up with detailed information about your pick-up.

Airport pick-up point: The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrivals area. He will be holding a plate with the name you specified when ordering your transport.

Hotel pick-up point: The driver will be waiting for you in front of the hotel or will look for you in the hotel lobby.

Other pick-up points: The driver will pick you up at the address you have requested, usually in front of the building of the address.

Important for YOU: You will get detailed information about the pick-up point in your ticket after confirming your transport order. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes or rescheduled, please send a message to the driver, or call him. Also let him know if it takes longer than planned to collect your luggage at the airport.

Suggestion from LET.ME: We suggest you download WhatsApp or Viber on your phone. The driver will send you a message with your pick-up information via these apps, which you can use to communicate with the driver for free wherever you have access to a wireless network (airports, hotels, restaurants, etc.).

If you can’t find your driver, try to call him, and again check the nameplates with the names held by the people waiting at the gate. Maybe the driver didn’t see you or you didn’t see him when you were leaving. If you still haven’t found the driver, please wait 15 minutes, and try to call him, he may still be on the way.

Important for YOU: If you are unable to contact your driver, please send an e-mail to support@letme.si or contact us using the contact details as provided in the confirmation e-mail. Our advisor will contact you and help you find the driver.

Before you set off on your journey, the driver will ask you to confirm your name and transport details.

You will ride in a vehicle of your chosen class or, if this cannot be guaranteed, you will ride in a higher-class vehicle. Changes of class may be:

  • COMFORT PLUS transport may be replaced by Comfort Minivan, Comfort Minibus, Business class or Business class Minibus.
  • COMFORT MINIVAN may be replaced by Comfort Minibus or Business class Minibus.
  • COMFORT MINIBUS may be replaced by vehicles corresponding to the reserved number of passengers.
  • BUSINESS CLASS may be replaced by a higher-class vehicle or a business van.
  • BUSINESS CLASS MINIBUS may be replaced by business vehicles corresponding to the reserved number of passengers.

Important for YOU: We always provide transport in the class of vehicle you have chosen or in a class with greater comfort and capacity.

The driver will take you directly to your hotel. In some cities, the city centres are closed to vehicles, so in rare cases we will not be able to take you directly to the door. We will do our best to bring you as close as possible and, if you wish, we will help you carry your luggage.

If you would like to make a longer stop or change your itinerary later, you can talk to the driver before the start of the journey and agree on a price. Alternatively, you can do this when you book your transport on our website, in step 3 of the booking process.

A pet animal can travel with you, but it must be transported in an animal transport crate. You must carry a veterinary certificate and other documents in accordance with the legislation.

Important for YOU: The driver has the right to refuse to transport your pet if you do not use an animal crate. In case of any damages caused by your pet during transport, we are entitled to claim compensation from you.
